Matthew Appleby: Author and three time winner of the Garden Media Guild best journalist award, his latest book is The Super Organic Gardener – Everything You Need to Know About a Vegan Garden.

Jo Kidd: Co-founder of Vegan Organics Kent, an emerging veganic agroforestry project and earth friendly hub, based on permaculture principles for the benefit of humans animals and the earth. Tree of Life Veganics.

Graham Burnett: Graham Burnett has taught permaculture workshops and courses for over 20 years. He the author of The Vegan Book of Permaculture and Permaculture A Beginners Guide, and is currently writing ‘The Regenerative Allotment and Garden’ for Permanent Publications.

Tony Martin : After growing for 13 years in a 1/20 of an acre garden in Derbyshire he decided he needed a bigger play space and 15 years ago brought 5.5 acres of Welsh hillside and planted over 12,500 trees and hundreds of fruit bushes. He is editor of the Vegan Organic Network magazine Growing Green International (GGI).
