Giles has helped plant many veganic gardens, orchards, forest gardens and medicinal herb gardens. He has been presenting Veganic Gardeners Question Time for several years and loves gardening, yoga and nature. Juliette Bryant: Juliette is a nutritional therapist, superfood alchemist and plant-lover. She runs Juliette’s Kitchen teaching courses, creating products and sharing her love of the earth and the power of plants and mushrooms.
