We ensure to only use high-quality, sustainable produce that is locally sourced, all while reducing waste.

How can education help create a future that works for humans, animals, and the planet?

15.15: Film The Making of Cleavley Community Forest Garden  is Adelina Court’s first short documentary; it is a story of imagination about turning wasteland into a thriving urban forest garden. In just four years, a forgotten plot by the M60 motorway near Eccles, Greater Manchester, has been reborn. The spark? A pencil and a vision. Through bold sketches and genuine collaboration with Incredible Education CIC, Adelina’s drawings helped propel blank space into the attention of funding bodies by proposing a living, growing community. This is nature reclaimed, one drawing at a time.

15.35: Open gardens Jason Fernandes opens his community alleyway for Levenshulme Open Gardens. Emma Dibb helps organise and opens her garden for ‘Chorlton Open Gardens’.  They talk about their experiences and the best harvest, of being able to donate all proceeds to Freedom From Torture and Refugee Aid.
