Matthew Appleby: Deputy editor of Horticulture Week and writer for newspapers and magazines including The Guardian. He is author of The Super Organic Gardener – Everything You Need to Know About a Vegan Garden.

Jo Kidd: Co-founder of Vegan Organics Kent, an emerging veganic agroforestry project and earth friendly hub, based on permaculture principles for the benefit of humans animals and the earth.

Piers Warren: Conservationist, author and keen grower of organic fruit and vegetables. Author of several books and co-author of The Vegan Cook and Gardener; he will be sharing his expertise of growing and storing delicious healthy food all year round.

Ellen Mary: Horticultural radio show host, TV presenter, writer and of course vegan. Travelled all over the world to discuss the benefits that nature provides to our wellbeing – specifically gardening.
